This year’s Systemic Change Communication Officer is Dr. Eugene G. Kowch.  If you have any news regarding systemic change, your work, or people around you affecting systemic change by all means let him know, and he’ll be in touch with you on behalf of the Division to see what we can share and learn with others. Dr. Kowch is an Associate Professor of Education Leadership and Technology in the Faculty of Education at the University of Calgary (Canada).  He teachers undergraduate and graduate courses and supervises thesis (masters, doctoral) students who are becoming exemplary leaders of sytems / organizations undergoing complex information age change.
